Shipping Policy

We do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Where we ship from
Orders for EU customers are packed and shipped from our logistics partner in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Each order is handled with care to make sure you receive your products in perfect condition.

Processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. During launches or busy periods, it can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days after dispatch

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may apply on certain orders or promotions — it will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs and duties
If you’re ordering internationally, local customs or import fees may apply once your order reaches your country. These are your responsibility and aren’t included in our prices.

If there’s a delivery issue
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors.
If it still can’t be located, reach out to us at support@kynmen.com and we’ll help sort it out with the courier.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, we can’t always guarantee changes. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping costs to resend.
