REFUND POLICY

This policy covers KYN XY products sold at kynmen.com by Valense LLC. Here's how returns and refunds work.

90-day money-back guarantee
Give it up to 90 days. If it isn't working for you, email support@kynmen.com within 90 days of receiving your first order and we'll send you the return address. Send back what's left of your order, including the packaging, and we'll refund the full price you paid once it arrives. Return shipping is paid by you.

The guarantee covers your first order and can be used once per customer. It doesn't cover subscription renewals or later orders. We can't accept returns sent without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email support@kynmen.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Quality issues
If you think something is wrong with the quality of your order, email support@kynmen.com with your order number and the details. We'll look into it and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Subscriptions
Subscription renewals are billed 7 days before each new cycle so your order ships on time. Renewal charges are final once processed. You can pause, skip or cancel future renewals any time before the next billing date, in your account or by emailing support@kynmen.com.

Your legal right to cancel (EU and UK)
If your order ships to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. For this right the product must be unopened and in its original condition, and return shipping is paid by you. To use it, email support@kynmen.com. The 90-day guarantee comes on top of this right and doesn't limit it.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days. If more than 15 business days have passed, email support@kynmen.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
