Return & Refund Policy – KYNXY™ (Operated by Valense LLC)
We stand by the quality of our formulations and want every customer to have a great experience. Because our products are consumable, our return policy works a little differently than standard retail.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles.
To start a return, contact us at support@kynmen.com. We’ll provide instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label and address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and send a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Quality-Related Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe there is a quality-related issue with your order, please contact us at support@kynmen.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will evaluate the situation and provide the appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable items include opened or used supplements, sale items, gift cards, or items returned without prior authorization.
Subscription renewals are billed 7 days before each new cycle to ensure on-time shipping. Renewal charges are final once processed, but you may pause, skip, or cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date through your account or by contacting us.
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The product must remain unopened and in its original condition. To exercise this right, contact us at support@kynmen.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@kynmen.com.
